Our Skills Scotland series are designed with 14-24-year olds in mind, but the events are
free for anyone who would like to visit. Our events are accessible and inclusive for people of all abilities.
Whether you are a student, parent, teacher or just trying to figure out your next steps, Skills Scotland is open to everyone. A visit to any of our events will ensure you understand all of the pathways available to you, whether that’s further/higher education, apprenticeships or just straight into the world of work.
Skills Scotland brings you face to face with your future.
Visiting as a school group? (ideal for years S4, S5 & S6)
A group visit is a great way for your school, college, sixth form or community group to deliver dynamic careers education, information, advice and guidance and to ensure your students have a meaningful interaction with employers, further education and higher education providers as outlined in the government’s careers strategy.
Group attendees from schools or colleges will receive free classroom resources (from September 2019) to help you prepare your students to ensure they get the most out of this visit.
We also offer travel bursaries available to groups of 50 or more. £2 per student is available for up to 200 students, after this a £1 bursary per student will apply. Terms and conditions apply
