Group resources

To make your visit as successful as possible we recommend you prepare your students. We will send you an email with a suite of resources prior to the event.

You could also visit the Department for the Economy’s Careers Service website and encourage your students to use the “Career Ideas” tool to discover what career best suits them.

The event team are here to help, so feel free to call 01823 362800 and ask us any questions or queries.

Health and safety

To ensure your visit is safe we will send you a risk assessment template with your group resources.

If you would like to see the overall event risk assessment please give us a call on 01823 362800.

Exhibitor resources

All exhibitors will be sent an Exhibitor Manual which contains essential information for the event, including:

  • Electrics, furniture and AV order forms
  • Risk assessment to complete
  • Event access times
  • Venue and parking details

Please note the Exhibitor Manual is emailed to all booked exhibitors 8 weeks prior to the event taking place. Any organisations who have booked to exhibit after this time will receive the Exhibitor Manual following their confirmation of booking.

In the meantime you can take a look through the Guide to Exhibiting brochure which will give you some handy hints and tips on planning your stand, marketing your presence at the event and following up.
