Exhibitor resources
All exhibitors will be sent an Exhibitor Manual which contains essential information for the event, including:
- Electrics, furniture and AV order forms
- Risk assessment to complete
- Event access times
- Venue and parking details
Please note the Exhibitor Manual is emailed to all booked exhibitors 8 weeks prior to the event taking place. Any organisations who have booked to exhibit after this time will receive the Exhibitor Manual following their confirmation of booking.
In the meantime you can take a look through the Guide to Exhibiting brochure which will give you some handy hints and tips on planning your stand, marketing your presence at the event and following up.
