An established event or new concept

Whether you are looking for a team to run and develop an established event or have a new idea that you want to launch, Prospects Events can help you every step of the way. We will listen to your needs, share our expertise, produce an event timetable and budget and then create an outstanding event that meets your needs and objectives.

Prospects Events will run the whole management of your event or will work with you to deliver one or more elements. We will manage any aspect of event management from marketing and PR, organising and logistics, selling and sponsorship. The Employee Ownership Association (EOA) Annual Conference is the UK event where employee ownership meets to share, support and celebrate business excellence in employee owned businesses. Prospects Events work closely with the EOA to deliver their Annual Conference from inception to onsite management, utilising event management expertise throughout. Delegates from established and aspiring EOA organisations network at this unique event and experience the opportunity to learn from and share anecdotes and insights with over 700 employee owners and industry experts. The event is held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole at the NEC and features networking, breakout sessions, keynote speakers, themed seminars and workshops, a gala dinner and UK EOA awards.


Prospects Events have managed and delivered the annual Heathrow Jobs and Careers Fair on behalf of Heathrow Airport since 2013.  Approved businesses within Heathrow’s supply chain and local educational partners are invited to promote their employment, apprenticeship and training opportunities based at Heathrow to year 10 and 11 students from Ealing, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Slough and Spelthorne. This interactive event is also open to local individuals aged 16 to 24 years looking for a change of career, skilled or entry level employment and further educational opportunities.  Working alongside Heathrow’s stakeholders, delivery partners and supply chain, the event welcomes over 5000 visitors each year and has gained numerous success stories.


The Heathrow Business Summit is a ‘meet the buyer’ event, where a sample of Heathrow’s 1200-strong business supply chain are invited to promote their procurement opportunities, to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).  For 21 years, the Heathrow Business Summit has been connecting SMEs to new business opportunities at Heathrow through 15min face-to-face appointments. Prospects have managed and delivered the event since 2014. In 2017 the Heathrow Business Summit Roadshow was launched including six new Regional Summits around the UK.  The flagship event attracts over 500 delegates each year, handling 1500 pre-matched appointments. An estimated £93.4 million of new deals have been won by businesses, as a result of the partnerships formed at the Business Summit.  Prospects are proud to share a portfolio of success stories gained from the summits.
