Prospects Events are the market leader in delivering skills, career and apprenticeship events across the UK. Our annual events are free to visit and offer exhibitors direct access to students, young people, families, teachers and career professionals.
About us
The Skills England series is made up of four separate events held in distinct regional areas of England; the North East, Yorkshire and the Humber, South West and North West. Highly interactive, they focus on bringing young people and their key influencers together with a range of exhibitors such as employers, training providers, further education colleges and universities.
The events welcome visitors of all abilities and ambitions from year 10 and above to discuss all the different routes available in transition. The events are held in key host cities; Newcastle, Leeds, Plymouth and Manchester and collectively welcome over 22,000 visitors every year.

The Skills Scotland series are held in three key locations; Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Established in 2009 the series delivers a wide audience of over 10,000 visitors every year and remains Scotland’s premier skills, jobs, careers and apprenticeship events for young people and their key influencers.
The aim of this series is to inspire the nation’s youth about their future careers and opportunities post education and is aimed predominantly at students aged S4 and above. Every year the series has been supported by Skills Development Scotland and is marketed directly to schools, colleges and youth & community groups with a travel bursary offered to aid attendance.

SkillsCymru is the largest series of free careers, jobs, skills and apprenticeship events in Wales, located in Cardiff and Llandudno and attracting up to 10,000 people each year.
At SkillsCymru, young people can attend for free and get involved with interactive features, hands-on demonstrations and challenging activities. Both young people and their families can learn about the huge range of careers, apprenticeships and training opportunities available in Wales and catch a glimpse into what their future career pathway could look like.

Skills Northern Ireland is a highly interactive and inspiring two-day event for young people and the people that may help and influence their future job and career choices. The event offers learning through experiences, with demonstrations and hands on activities helping visitors understand the vast range of career opportunities.
From the wide range of employers offering apprenticeships, to universities, colleges and career guidance organisations providing the answers to career route queries, Skills Northern Ireland is the one-stop shop for careers, jobs, skills and apprenticeships in Northern Ireland.

Brought to you by London First and delivered with Prospects Events, Skills London is the UK's biggest jobs and careers event for 15-24 year olds and their families. The event attracts 34,000 visitors and 200 exhibitors including top employers, colleges, universities, training providers and advisers.
The key to Skills London’s success is the high level of interactivity enabling exhibitors and visitors to come together, giving visitors the chance to have a go at the careers on offer and organisations the opportunity to explain their career routes and vacancies.

The National Career Guidance Shows are the UK’s leading series of career sector events. They offer a unique opportunity for careers advisers,
coaches, teachers, practitioners and other professionals working in the public, private, voluntary and community sectors to meet a range of organisations who can support educators.
With free entry for all visitors, other benefits include access to free resources and fresh ideas from industry experts. Working with the Career Development Institute (CDI) also ensures all visitors receive a free CPD certificate to acknowledge the learning and networking they have accessed.
